Refund and Returns Policy

If you no longer want or need an item, simply email us within 14 days of receipt with your account number, order number and the product you wish to return. We’ll collect it within 7 days and issue a refund to the card with which you made payment. To qualify, all returned products must be unopened, complete and undamaged.

If you find an item damaged, incomplete or otherwise not fit for its intended purpose through a product fault, please email us immediately so we can organise a replacement as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
